Try to find little ways to allow yourself to move more while at work. Move you garbage can to the other side of the room so you have to get up to throw something away. Try to do some communication face to face, rather than always sending emails. Fill up your water bottle often. Have standing meeting! Better yet, have walking meetings. No these little extra things won t improve your fitness, but can help you focus and allow your body to get a little more movement in during the day.
